The loft is full of natural light and has a NYC skyline view; it is fully furnished and decorated, and has central AC, and high ceilings."

Guest will have access to the entire apartment, private side porch and outdoor space + rooftop access with full NYC view, on demand (message host for access)
You will be provided an Entry code which will work both at the front door + your apartment.
It's in the quiet and super safe Bath Beach area. Very close and just a walk over from the Oceanside and Beach.
It's on a quiet street, yet on the corner of 86th which is a busy street with all you need (Bank, Groceries, Dept. Stores and Restaurants)
8 minute walk from the train station, and overall a great balance for a NYC experience.
You are also a hop away from the Verrazano which connects you to NJ, and 1 minute off the Belt Parkway which connects you to JFK and all of Long Island.
